Payment Methods

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club payable in U.S. funds, no COD orders. Credit card payments will be charged at the time of order. This is when the merchandise will be reserved for the customer.

Shipping

O'Keefe's Reef will ship to any angler or diver anywhere in the world. Shipping pricing below is for Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All other shipments outside the continental United States will be charged relative to the costs. For shipping costs out of country, submit your order and we will notify you with the shipping costs prior to charging your credit card.

O'Keefe's Reef ships via UPS Standard and US Mail "Priority Mail" service. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery. There is no "rush" delivery. Please plan ahead for birthdays and holidays.

Sales Tax

We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries except where we have a business location. For customers in Michigan all applicable taxes will be added to your order.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. If you place an order the same day as a price change occurs you may e-mail or call us to qualify for the reduced price. We will then credit your account for the difference.

Return Policy

All O'Keefe's Reef merchandise is custom made to order. We will replace only defective goods that have been mis-sewn or mis-printed.
Our sizes run generous but we suggest you order the size you generally wear.
